WHAT IS HCC?
Growing Communicators for ChristHill Country Communicators Speech and Debate Club is located on the northwest side of San Antonio, Texas. HCC meets roughly twice a month to train students to compete in speech events, Team Policy, and Lincoln Douglas debate for the National Christian Forensics and Communication Association (NCFCA)
